InnoLab
Kampong Thom
InnoLab Kampong Thom is a platform for SMEs to co-develop solutions and build a dynamic ecosystem that empowers entrepreneurs through innovation — turning local challenges into market opportunities.
Implemented by Angkor Social Innovation Park (ASIP) in partnership with Khmer Enterprise, the program runs for 8 months, taking 20 selected SMEs from agriculture, handicraft, and tourism through structured training, mentorship, and a final pitch competition.

Every InnoLab finalist goes through four specialized training programs, each run across three progressive rounds — building skills from foundation to execution.
Design Thinking
Aims to foster customer-centered design and help SMEs develop products that align with real market needs. Entrepreneurs learn to empathize with customers, define problems clearly, ideate solutions, and prototype rapidly.

The Office of the Council of Ministers
The project is under the strategic leadership and guidance of H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers. This partnership aligns the project with the high-level Kampong Thom Provincial Vision 2028.
Skills Development Fund (SDF)
