An 11-month programme that starts by understanding each business as it is, then builds skills, tests one real improvement, records the change, and ends with a public pitch.

064-month cycle
Each SME chooses one improvement, builds a small prototype, tests it with real customers, and revises it using evidence. InnoLab provides coaching and up to $750 of in-kind support for the experiment.
Every SME enters InnoLab with an existing product or way of working. Over a 4-month innovation experiment — backed by up to $750 in-kind grant support — they test, package, brand, and validate it for real customers.
You do not need a perfect idea before you apply. Bring a real product and a problem worth solving; each stage turns that starting point into something you can test, own, and keep growing.
