Three one-day modules — Design Thinking, Strategic Development, and Innovative Project Management — plus InnoTour field visits to leading businesses in Siem Reap and Battambang.

Over 4 months, SMEs run market research, consultancy, and idea experiments at InnoLab Kampong Thom — backed by a $750 in-kind grant and end-to-end mentoring through every stage.

A 3-part video series per SME — Pre-Concept, Innovative Concept, and Post-Concept — plus a blog post and press releases through KhmerTimes and Kiripost.
Into the spotlight
A two-round pitch competition narrows 30 to 3 category winners, each awarded $5,000. The program closes with the publication of the InnoLab Kampong Thom Book.

InnoLab Kampong Thom (មន្ទីរពិសោធន៍នវានុវត្តន៍កំពង់ធំ) is an innovation lab that empowers local SMEs in Tourism, Agriculture, and Handicrafts through structured training, expert mentorship, field visits, and a pitch competition. Officially inaugurated on October 11, 2025 under H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia.
