How We Select
Every InnoLab cohort starts with an open call. Here is how we find and select the entrepreneurs who join the program — from the first application to the final cohort.
SMEs submit their application online, sharing basic business information, sector, and motivation for joining the InnoLab program.
Our team goes into the field — visiting communities, markets, and districts. We document businesses through video footage and photography to understand the real context.
Applications are reviewed and scored. Selected candidates participate in online interviews to assess their business potential, commitment, and program fit.
InnoLab team visits each shortlisted SME at their actual business location to assess operations, understand challenges, and verify the information provided.
After the inception visits, the final cohort is confirmed. Selected participants are notified and onboarded into the full InnoLab program.
